Payments
Convivia Ltd accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal (Mastercard, Visa, Switch, MaestroS etc). Should you wish to order products by phone or post, please contact us on +44 (0)20 7558 8591 or sales@ilcsi.co.uk.
During out of office hours please leave your name and contact details and we will return your call. We also accept cheques or postal orders payable to Convivia Ltd. Please add your name and address to the reverse of the cheque or postal order. Goods are dispatched once payment clears.

Postage and Packaging
All orders for delivery in the UK are charged at the amount shown in the shipping column on the order. All items are posted first class by Royal Mail within the UK. Please allow 14 days from the time of your order for delivery within the UK (although by using first class / courier services we anticipate deliveries within the UK in 2-7 days of your order).
Returns and Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by emailing sales@ilcsi.co.uk, and we will re-credit your card or return your un-cashed cheque, within 30 days of your order.
Should the items be already dispatched (we normally dispatch within 24-48hrs of your order), please email sales@ilcsi.co.uk of your dissatisfaction as soon as possible and at most within 7 days of your order. Please return the item within 7 days for a full refund of the cost of the item. Any refund will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods and will be refunded to the card in question, or posted to you in the form of a cheque, should the order have been paid for by cheque.
Refunds are given on products that are unopened, unused and in a saleable condition, complete with original packaging. Since we can not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged whilst being returned to us, we recommend using recorded delivery.
Damages
Always refuse packages which show obvious signs of damage and notify us that you have refused a delivery. If you find goods are damaged after opening the package, please notify us within 24 hours. Replacement goods will be replaced once damaged goods are returned to us. If non-fault, undamaged items are damaged during their return to us, they will be refused upon arrival here as claims for damage during transit must always be made by the sender.
Notes
We have taken as much care as possible to describe and portray items accurately. Slight variations in actual goods may occur. We reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information prior to dispatch.
Convivia Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any supplied products, especially arising from faulty or defective goods, or for any improper or inappropriate use of any product, or from allergies or adverse reactions. Any defective product should in the first instance be reported to us and in return we will, on your behalf, pursue a replacement from the manufacturer. If we feel it appropriate, Convivia Ltd will replace the item, at our discretion, whilst a replacement is being obtained from the manufacturer.
All purchases are made in acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Convivia Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes, which are wholly outside our control.
We describe the goods to the best of our ability, we in no way set out to mislead the customer.
Specifications, colours, legal restrictions, prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. All Ilcsi goods sold are new and unused.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
PLEASE NOTE: the Ilcsi natural skincare products are for external use only. The Ilcsi products are not food - do not swallow any product or use on broken or erupted skin. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Store in controlled temperature (4-20C). Keep products out of direct sunlight in a dark, dry and cool place and keep the container tightly closed. Expiry Date (Month/Year) see container. Due to the high content of natural ingredients, it is not unusual for the product to change colour.

Ilcsi UK values its customers and respects their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security.
You will be required to email us with your details and/or supply your details to PayPal if you would like to use some of the services and features we offer on our Site.
In order to register you will have to provide details including your name, address, telephone number and email address. You can email us directly to amend any personal details, for example if you change your address. If you wish to place an order on our website you will also be required to provide credit or debit card details to PayPal.
PayPal use encryption technology to ensure that all transactional information is protected to the highest standard. Transactional information includes any credit or debit card details, your personal contact information, together with any other names and addresses you provide when you place an order for delivery to another address, and your purchasing history. When you give us information, it may be used for:
